From the normative perspective, the incorporation of contract workers into the permanent staff and promotions of Non-academic Workers will take place according to competitive examinations for entry based on employment record, all in accordance with the guidelines from the Ordenanza CS 262 [Ordinance CS 262] included in the aforementioned Decreto PEN 366/06.
